Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
Example shipping structure:
- There is a flat shipping cost of $10.00 on each order irrespective of quantity.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
Returns and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- The item was purchased directly from AromaVibeOils.com
- The product is unused and unopened
- The product is returned in its original packaging
Due to the nature of essential oils and wellness products, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened essential oils
- Used aromatherapy products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it will fall under the standard return policy.
