Return and refund terms are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used essential oils are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.

8. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

You may cancel by accessing your account settings or contacting us before the next renewal date. Taxes and shipping may apply to each renewal.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Promotion codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotions may have expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, and exclusions.
